The Kitch Home

I recently helped a client with whom I have a long-standing professional relationship. She had finally decided to sell her family home in Bellevue, where she had lived with her husband and raised her children and grandchildren for over 30 years. Initially, we decided to go straight to a public listing, targeting the sale of her property for the value in the land. After a few weeks, I advised her the property was not capturing enough attention to garner a fair market value. I encouraged her to regroup and temporarily go off the market. We collaboratively determined that an investment in some moderate home enhancements was essential in order to properly introduce and market this beautiful, customized home to prospective buyers. I worked closely with her and her family to ensure her home-upgrade budget and listing price expectations were met. This photo gallery captures the finished product of her newly updated home, and my client's residence appraised and sold for $75,000 over list price. She recouped her investment and ultimately sold her estate to a young couple who wanted to live in Bellevue, as they started their new family.
